We had the opportunity to buy Spencer from Wheatfield Llamas when they dispersed their herd. We planned to show him and use him in our breeding program. However, due to the exorbitant increases in hay prices and limited availability in Colorado and the surrounding states, we decided to cut our herd size way down and didn't breed for a few years. Spencer has suri genes and his second cria was a stunning silver suri male. His first cria is a silky wool female that looks very much like him.

 Spencer is very sweet and easy to handle. He has amazing fiber and lots of it. It is silky, lustrous and a fabulous color.

To date, he has won two ALSA Grand Champion awards and has 11 ALSA halter points.

 His pedigree is amazing: BAL Quest, Whist, El Fuerte, Peruvian Keno, Peruvian Maximo, White Heat, Top Flight, and Kantu, just to name a few of the more famous llamas in his background.

Spencer sired two beautiful crias in 2017 - a silver suri male and a brown and gray female (shown below) Sadly the suri male cria died but I'm posting a photo of him so you can see how stunning he was.
